I'm so much less tired and way more energetic; I swear that even my posture is improved.

I think vinegar as a whole is fine; I usually use a splash of red wine because it's light and not too lip-puckering.

Good tip on the misto! I always order my lattes with "no foam," but it's definitely worth a try.

Essentially, it's 10 weeks of veggies/beans with mustard/vinegar. After that, you can add some SOS and (officially) incorporate cheat days. Obviously I'm ahead of the curve on that one. Nothing feels strict after only potatoes!

Essentially, a lot of my outlook on food has changed. There are a couple of processed foods I've tried on cheat days that have definitely lost their luster for me. Others that definitely have not! It's a learning curve, but I'm often finding that I'm craving healthier options, so the potato "reset" definitely rewired my previously junk-addled brain for the better of my personal health.Abby Beanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03060920122127099172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-710373573705518216.post-87215297119579074082018-05-19T20:36:21.655-07:002018-05-19T20:36:21.655-07:00My gosh this sounds SO INTENSE!! Are you feeling amazing and energetic and happy with the results so far?
I am a huge fan of mustard-there are some fantastic horseradish mustards that i think you would like. And of course then there’s dijon, brown deli mustard, and those fun flavored ones like with dill.
Is seasoned rice wine vinegar ok? I like that a lot for salads and steamed veggies, it’s not as sweet as basalmic but not as harsh as just white wine vinegar.
Starbucks does use a sweetened vanilla soymilk. You might like what they call a soy misto, it’s coffee with steamed soy milk; not as much milk as a latte.
Or at other coffeeshops what is called a “cortado”, basically one shot espresso and one shot worth of hot milk plus foam. Like a super tiny strong latte :))

I hope that this very strict phase is nearly over for you, it sounds like it’s taking a toll.
Ttrockwood Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06663703136044038950noreply@blogger.com
