I think of Whole Foods ...Andrea, you're right. I think of Whole Foods like I think of Jonathan Safron Foer; they both seem to have all of the information, but their follow-through is somewhat lacking. I found myself yelling at the screen at the end of Vegucated, "But you know the truth; how can you ignore it?" because I don't understand that mindset; it not okay not to do all you can.Abby Beanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03060920122127099172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-710373573705518216.post-73441352977079450632013-05-20T11:56:53.016-07:002013-05-20T11:56:53.016-07:00Nice job of making a somewhat negative review soun...Nice job of making a somewhat negative review sound almost positive. The cauliflower doesn't sound good, though the drinks do. At least you didn't have to worry over which things were vegan, though it's nicer when everything is well-prepared and tasty. As for WF, they are far from a vegan or vegetarian establishment but I guess you have to start somewhere and keep asking for more.Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16146578985330272891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-710373573705518216.post-27444171499007580502013-05-20T10:34:29.599-07:002013-05-20T10:34:29.599-07:00BYOL, right!? London sounds like it would be a great place to find a delicious curry, so I'd pick that over most anything on the menu (maybe.)<br />After reading the humane myth pamphlets, I'm totally with you on the odd juxtaposition of the plaque and the vegan restaurant.foodfeudhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00589414740603993442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-710373573705518216.post-42574181159245451762013-05-20T09:40:40.119-07:002013-05-20T09:40:40.119-07:00and that is def brown rice, not wild rice! and that is def brown rice, not wild rice! I...I'm left equally disappointed as you were... I was so excited for this review, but you're 100% correct, doesn't look like anything too special. Cauliflower would be great as a wings alternative, but raw cauliflower rarely sounds appetizing to me.BYOLhttp://bringyourownlentils.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
